- Reward their accomplishments. Although you have made them accountable for their actions and fully empowered them, you still need to reward their accomplishments. This is a way of demonstrating that you care as a leader.
- Empowering your employees doesn't mean you should not be involved. If they need guidance or support, be there for them.
